We have to pay tribute to the Ethiopian terroir that can produce unique, distinctive coffee flavour and is irreplaceable with other origins. This stunning coffee comes from Sidama, which consistently delivers expressive and flavour-intensive profiles. It has a special round of flavours on our cupping tables. This lot comes from Alo Coffee’s farm at 1,900 MASL from a processor that got global recognition through 1st and 5th place in the 2021 Cup of Excellence.

Meticulous cherry sorting ensures only the ripest cherries are processed. The cherry was then washed and finally dried on the patio. The process brings out Ethiopia’s signature floral and fruity notes with exceptional clarity. 

We roast to highlight the natural sweetness and complexity of this coffee, revealing flavours of Lavender, Prune and Blackberry. A Classic Ethiopian coffee with berry domination, full of the character only Alo Coffee can offer.
