Treasure of China is back!

This is our second year featuring this delightful Catimor Varietal, a double anaerobic natural processed coffee produced by Torch Coffee in the Yunnan province of China. 

This year's Treasure of China is sweeter and more fruit-forward compared to the previous crop year. When we cupped the samples, we were left in awe due to the multi-layered characteristics this coffee displayed. The cup starts with bursting tropical flavours and finishes with a lovely lingering dark chocolate finish.

We first cupped Treasure of China with Torch Coffee in China, it stood out amongst over 100+ different coffees we cupped while we were there, and this year it is no different.  

This version of Treasure of China is specifically roasted for Filter. We also have a different version of Treasure of China for Espresso.
