This coffee's success hits really close to home: this coffee was sourced by our in-house sourcing team SOMA.  The coffee is reminiscent of why we really enjoy coffees from Guatemala: noble, balanced acidity, with a traditional super clean-cup profile.  While the fruit character will change from processing, we get a swiss chocolate nougat quality to this coffee, and is something we can drink day after day.
