The Eureka Mignon XL is a compact Italian coffee grinder that is ideal for home use. It features stepless micrometric grind adjustment, patented silent grind technology, a portafilter holder for hands free grinding, ACE anti-clumping technology and an innovative easy to clean design. This coffee grinder has it all. High speed, low noise, low mess, clump free grinding with ~1g grind retention.

The Eureka Mignon XL is a great push-to-grind grinder. It’s also great for timed dosing, with shot-to-shot dosing repeatability near 0.1 g. This repeatability means that you can throw away the scales. It also has a handy pause function which allows you to remove your portafilter to settle the grind at any time during dosing.

If you choose to single dose this grinder is a great choice because of it’s small grind chamber and low (~1g) grind retention. It is also ideal if you are looking to toggle between grind sizes for a range of brew methods.
