Colonna Coffee - Peru Caturra/Catimor (Foundation Lungo Capsules)

A sweet Caturra/Catimor lot, showcasing high-quality washed processing from the origin.

The farm of Lelis Bandis Coralles lies near the town of Cajamarca in Peru’s northern highlands. Organically certified, the farm’s three hectares are predominantly planted for coffee, with Caturra and Catimor plants grown under native shade-giving trees.

Picked and depulped on the same or following day, the cherries are then dry fermented for 18 hours, followed by a triple-washing process and spread on traditional patios for the final stages of drying.
