With our latest SOLO offering we head to San Ignacio, Cajamarca, in the northern highlands of Peru. This origin continues to impress, providing sweet, full-flavoured coffees season-on-season, of which this mixed-cultivar washed-lot is a prime example.

A stunning region of the country, Cajamarca benefits from the impact of Volcafe Way, a program of committed improvement for the region’s smallholders. By providing application of economic and statistical analysis, close assistance is given to producers, creating large changes to cultivation-approach and quality.
