Andre describes this as one of his best quality for commercial grades. Wet parchments were collectively delivered to the processing mill, and processed according to Tuang Coffee's standard processing procedures. For this lot, it was fully washed. Highly recommended for espresso options. Strong cocoa/chocolate notes, with a little dust texture but clean nonetheless. We consider this as high quality G2, just because of its very minimum quakers.

Process: Cherries were picked and pulped by farmers, delivered to Tuang's wet mill. Dried for about 3 weeks - 1 month. Parchments were rested, hulled, sorted. Green beans were rested for 1 month.
