Grown in the Northern Peru region of Amazonas, this micro-lot is harvested and processed at an exceedingly high altitude. The resultant cup is laden with sweet and delicate notes of pear and melon, backed by a structured sweetness of sugar cane, thanks to the impeccable farming and processing of Don Lauriano Ynosencio.
