Regular price $36.00 $0.00 Unit price per

Lychee POP was produced by the infamous Edwin Noreña at Campo Hermoso in Quindio, Colombia. This tropical treat is a Cenicafe 1 variety and was processed with a honey culturing process.

Tasting Notes: Lychee, Sprite, Hibiscus, Rambutan

Cup score:  88.50 ☕

It's the third release in our Loco Series (the first two being Smoothie and Acai), where we celebrate the crazy coffees coming out of Colombia.

The delightful lychee aroma hits you as soon as you crack open the bag and carries through to the cup. Our brew method of choice for Lychee POP is v60 - check out our brew guide below. It's a refreshing coffee, enjoyable both hot or over ice.

We were fortunate to meet Edwin (pictured on the left below) in person earlier this year and spent some time together during our trip to Colombia.

It's our first time working with him and we're excited about it! We love the passion Edwin has for coffee production and his professional achievements are second to none.

ABOUT LYCHEE POP

Lychee Pop is an extremely unique coffee we have come across, due to the unique honey culturing processing method utilized by Edwin Noreña at Campo Hermoso.

The honey culturing process involves using fermentation starters and the unique natural flavors that come from fruits and aromatic plants.

New sensory profiles have been developed by mixed fermentations between the starters and traditional coffee fermentation processes.
