Blue Lagoon comes from the renowned Buku Abel washing station, a standout producer in the Hambela district of Ethiopia’s Guji Zone.

Situated on a sun-drenched hill at altitudes reaching 2,100 meters, the station benefits from cool high-mountain winds and nutrient-dense red soil, providing the perfect environment for slow cherry maturation. This natural process lot, composed of local landrace varieties, showcases a remarkable fruity intensity characteristic of the region. The cup is vibrant and dessert-like, lead by a burst of fresh strawberry and blueberry, followed by a sweet, citrusy richness reminiscent of orange cake.
