This farm is located in the Quindio region of Colombia. Head producer Jairo Arcila is a third generation coffee grower, who has now passed the love of coffee on to his children. Jairo has a passion for environmental sustainability, recently planting 3000 coffee trees, as well as other exotic varieties. These guys use carbonic maceration, which is a unique form of anaerobic fermentation processing. This helps maximise cherry flavour without compromising overall quality. The coffee is harvested at 1500m above sea level, from volcanic soil properties. In the cup, we taste apricot, strawberry & floral goodness.
We’re thrilled to release our brand new range of seasonal coffees this winter. We’ve partnered with Aussie artist Bonnie Gray for these designs, and love the energy & joy she’s injected into this product!
