This fella has been one of the staples in our coffee kit for a long time. Flavour notes of dark berries and milk chocolate make it a great option for black or milk coffees. This is an heirloom varietal, processed naturally (sun-dried). It has been sourced from micro-lot co-ops, where farmers operate independently.
The Sidamo is a good and honest friend.
With grainy, almost hoppy notes, it’s as satisfying as cracking a beer after a long day at work.
There's also this lingering, treacly goodness that leaves you warm on the inside.
It's kind of like that one kind mate who tells you when you've got spinach in your teeth. If the Sidamo were a sitcom it would be, “Seinfeld”. You never get sick of it, but if you do overdose, you may end up doing the Elaine dance. Don't say we didn't warn you.
