B73 "Chocolate" is a rare micro-lot from Ipanema’s exclusive Premier Cru series, a program launched in 2018 to showcase the farm’s finest high-altitude coffees. Grown above 1,000 meters at Fazenda Rio Verde, each lot is handcrafted using selective harvesting, experimental fermentation, and precise drying methods to create distinct flavor profiles. Lot B73 hails from a single 0.89 hectare plot with an ideal microclimate, producing a uniquely sweet and fruity cup.

This sweet Natural Cherry Yellow Bourbon has a strong body, sweet taste profile with pronounced notes of Sugarcane.This Wild Fermented Yellow Bourbon has a velvety body and light acidity. It features a Chocolate taste profile.
