Our second year with this natural process coffee from El Porvenir in Guatemala. The Ayarza Wine Collection series denotes coffees that the coop has chosen as being fruit forward in profile, a departure from the standard regional profile. The coffee is a natural process from varieties Caturra, Typica and Bourbon. Sourced by Onxy Coffee.
This year we are launching the El Porvenir Ayarza Natural with the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) initiative to lower competition fees for upcoming coffee competitions. 10% of the proceeds from the sale of this coffee (online, in-store and at select cafes) will be donated towards the cause.
