A special layered fermentation washed processed coffee from Shantawene Village in Sidama Ethiopia. During the fermentation stage, coffee was batched and tanked in sequential layers over several days.
The coffee is varietals 74/158, 74/110, and local Setami. Introduced and sourced by Catalyst Trade.
