This washed, organic coffee produced on the famed Hambela Estate is an Onyx favorite each season. Each season, we travel to Ethiopia to source our offerings from METAD, and this coffee was the standout. With beautiful floral notes of jasmine and white honey, this coffee has all the aspects of a classic washed offering, but elevated and refined.
