Origin Coffee - Shakiso, Natural Anaerobic
Tasting Notes: Apricot, Clementine, Sticky Pudding.
Part of our Christmas coffee offering this year, here we celebrate Shakiso. This coffee was hand-sorted to ensure quality, the selected cherries are fermented in an anaerobic environment for 18-24 hours, then laid to dry on raised beds, turned regularly to promote even drying. This process brings a beautiful complexity to the final cup, highlighting juiciness and acidity.
