Treasure of Hamasho is back! One of our crew favourites last year we're thrilled to have received the new crop from the latest harvest.
The coffee is a natural processed, Ethiopian Heirloom varietal produced by Daye Bensa in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. In the cup, this coffee is floral, fruit-forward and balanced.

Coffees from Daye Bensa are known for their multi-layer finish and this one is no different. Our previous releases 2023 Treasure of Hamasho Natural, 2023 Treasure of Hamasho Anaerobic, Shantawene Anaerobic and Rumudamo Anaerobic were all produced by Daye Bensa.

Hamasho is an area well known for its exquisite coffee. It is a highland found in the Southern Area of Sidama Region. Hamasho means a serpent in the local language, and the coffee in the area is well known for its high quality coffee productions.
