THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME PURCHASING ISAI'S COFFEE. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY BY THE COFFEE'S SUBTLE AFRICAN QUALITIES: FLORAL, SWEET, WITH DELICATE RED FRUIT AND LIME.
Isai's coffee was purchased through friends of All Coffee Peru. This group formed just this season as a few members of JUMARP left to start their own group. His farm, El Eucalipto holds both bourbon and caturra. He wet ferments the coffee for 48 hours, with dries on raised beds for 8 days.
