Process: Tree Dried natural + pulped (semi-washed)
Fermentation: Tree dried 'Cerredo' natural = the cherries were left on the trees for a longer time, allowing them to go through the full maturation process and dry while still attached to the trees. Then the coffees are mechanically pulped to remove the skin and mucilage without fermenting them in water.
