Nguisse grows JARC 74158, taro, and sweet potato. He focuses on natural and anaerobic processing, often processing coffee cherries grown and collected by his neighbours in addition to his own.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eProcessing\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Setame farm has its own drying station, which gives Nguisse control over the process from start to finish. The cherries for this lot are collected, floated, and then dried slowly for approximately 20 days, resulting in a deeply sweet and complex cup.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVarietal\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Jimma Agricultural Research Centre (JARC), one of Ethiopia's federal agricultural research centers, approved the release of 74158 in 1979.
