ONE MORE THING: Courtesy of our pals at Bon Cafe comes this legendary coffee from producer Jose Martinez. At his farm, El Ocote in the Lempira region, coffee shares the land with the rich fauna and flora of the area. Trees provide a home to birds whilst providing shade to coffee plants (which equals sweeter coffee). Now that's sweet harmony.
