SPOTLIGHT ON: Huehuetenango, Guatemala – perhaps the most famous of the coffee growing regions of Guatemala, these coffees are grown at incredible altitudes with cool days and colder nights which slows down the coffees ripening, resulting in sweet, creamy & layered tropical fruits and honey.

The secret to this blends sweet nature lies in the origins of the beans and the roasters craft of gradually developing the coffees natural sugars during the Maillard Reaction, until the 'sweet spot' is found. Gently the Killerbee roasts, sweetly it strikes. .

This rehoming of goods doesn’t just mean that $9m worth of furniture has been re-loved, but it’s also saved a tonne (over 2,000 tonnes, to be exact) of furniture from being dumped into landfill. Good for people, good for the planet.
