The coffee presented from Sookoo outshone everything else and blew us away. Ture, famously known as ‘The King of Guji’ travelled with ST. ALi for the next week taking us on a tour of one of the family owned washing stations in Shakisso.
This particular coffee comes from the Majoo outgrowers who work with Ture at his Uraga washing station. Having grown up in the region, Ture has very strong connections to the land and the people there.
It has taken many years to be able to secure Ture’s coffee for ST. ALi but with persistence comes reward and we are really proud to be able to present this delicious natural coffee that sings of dried mango and sticky sweet apricot jam.
