Huila is famous for high quality coffees in Colombia & in recent years producers have taken a step further in exploring different fermentation techniques. This full Tabi lot was placed in grainpro bags before CO2 was added and left to ferment for 90 hours. We believe this adds to the bright fruit & silky characteristic of this coffee! The coffees were then pulped, washed & dried on raised beds to achieve that classic clean taste of coffees from Huila. Expect a round acidity & a jammy mouthfeel, with notes of red berries & orange marmalade.
