La Vitalidad was produced in Finca La Virgen, owned by 2 producers Hueck Figueroa & Poncon Guier. They joined forces in 2008 and as a result of hard work, trust & friendship – RAMACAFE was born. Finca La Virgen is an exemplary model of sustainability, productivity, quality & technology in Nicaragua. Last year, Finca La Virgen won 6th Place in the Cup of Excellence in Nicaragua with a honey-processed H3 hybrid variety with a score of 89.95.
We are huge fans of high-quality Hybrids. This mixed lot of H3 and Catuai varieties exhibits intense sweetness with distinct red fruit characteristics. We are looking forward to a long-term relationship with 2nd Mile & RAMACAFE in showcasing more of delicious coffees from the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua!
